All of our Dietitian’s are accredited by Dietitian’s Australia, and participate in continued professional development to ensure their advice is evidenced based and up to date.
HYDROTHERAPY
Hydrotherapy is an effective treatment performed one on one with the physiotherapist within a heated pool. This therapy is often used during key stages of rehabilitation to enable treatment gains that may not have been achieved as quickly via conventional clinic based rehabilitation. Hydrotherapy is fantastic for regaining function post injury or orthopaedic surgery, whilst its benefits for pain relief from chronic conditions such as arthritis or back pain are remarkable. Often this form of physiotherapy is used regularly to promote mobility and improve/maintain physical function for those patients who are experiencing significant disability or neurodegenerative disease.
